USULAN MODEL BISNIS DIGITAL PADA PERUSAHAAN SOFTWARE DI PT NEURONWORKS INDONESIA

 Keberlangsungan suatu usaha di era Industri 4.0 tidak lagi bergantung pada inovasi produk dan proses, namun potensi inovasi. Saat ini, PT Neuronworks Indonesia dengan model bisnisnya mempunyai banyak digital, salah satunya adalah aplikasi SDM bernama Doors. Walau fitur-fitur yang lengkap, Doors belum mampu menjadi nomor satu bidang Indonsia. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses cukup bagi Dalam pengabdian masyarakat kami lakukan penyuluhan wawasan tentang Pengantar Pendekatan Business Model Navigator, Pemilihan Pola-Pola Bisnis berbasis Navigator Digital. Dengan pendekatan dapat memperoleh minimal 11 bisnis baru sebagai untuk Diharapkan menstimulus agar memberikan pilihan kepada calon pelanggan saat menggunakan sesuai kebutuhannya.
